Virtual Learning Lab is a research group at the Department of Psychology, University of Copenhagen.
We aim to change how people learn, through optimally designed virtual technology, combining laboratory research with experiments in classrooms, using cognitive psychology and modern methodologies. VLL assesses the learning process, by evaluating cognitive and emotional activity in real time, with measures such as EEG, GSR, ECG, EMG, and eye tracking.
We are currently focused on understanding the mechanisms of learning in immersive environments, including, but not limited to, Virtual and Augmented Reality.
